About Early Learning Community

When I became a mother, I longed for a place where my children could play and explore with other children, while I found friendship and support. That experience inspired me to create Early Learning Community, a place where children and caregivers build community together.

Our parent-child classes are designed for children to explore, create, and discover through hands-on experiences, practical life activities, process art, family-style snacks, and joyful routines that nurture independence. My hope is for children and parents to gain confidence and a life-long love of learning.

I believe competence builds confidence. When children are trusted with meaningful opportunities and supported by caring adults, they discover their own abilities and the absolute joy of doing things for themselves.

Parents grow here, too. Each class includes thoughtful conversations about child development and practical parenting tools in a warm, judgment-free community. Parenting was never meant to be done alone.

My approach is inspired by Montessori principles and a deep respect for childhood. Young children thrive with loving relationships, predictable routines, meaningful choices, and gentle guidance. Within that secure foundation, they easily develop kindness and confidence.
